The area surrounding the resort is truly beautiful and there are endless ways to enjoy it. Sightings of deer, hawks and osprey are common. In terms of family fun,a stroll along the nature Trail that takes you from the lobby down to the Deschutes, especially when Wanderlust Tours hosts their guided tour each Friday. And the younger members of our family love to get the wiggles out at the expansive on-property playground.

What’s an Oregon Summer vacation without a dip in a sparkling pool?  The pool at Mt. Bachelor Village is perfect for family fun…sparkling clean, surrounded by a big deck and a beautiful lawn and lots of lounge chairs. You’ll find yourself swimming in the pool a couple times a day and love how easy it was to really enjoy this extra special pool-in-the-woods.
